The BeingWell offers a range of group courses for the public, 1-2-1 and private tuition and bespoke programmes for organisations.

The BeingWell offers scheduled mindfulness classes throughout the year which you can sign up for. If your availability does not suit the class timetable, you can also arrange for private tuition for just yourself or up to two friends. This way, the programme can be more flexible to your schedule.
