MINDFULNESS TOE-DIPPER SESSIONS

 

A mindfulness toe-dipper session is a great way to get a taster before signing up for a full course. The 2-hour session will give you a brief theoretical introduction to mindfulness as well guidance through a variety of mindfulness practices and meditations. You will also leave with a CD with some meditations to try out at home and some ideas to start bringing mindfulness to your everyday life straight away.
